Free Shipping
Hijabify Designs™ offers free delivery on all orders. Delivery time for countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and parts of Europe takes 12 to 15 business days while the delivery time for the rest of the world usually takes 8-16 business days.
Delivery times are estimated, some items may be delivered earlier than the expected delivery time and some take up 2 to 3 days delays due to uncontrollable circumstances.
Tracking Number
All items ordered with Hijabify Designs™ are dispatched with a tracking number. These details are emailed directly to the email add provided during check out.
Due to the arrival of bulk orders, please allow a 3 to 5 days allowance for the tracking number to be reflected in our Tracking System.
Multiple Ordered Items
For multiple packages, there will be circumstances in that items will be delivered in a split delivery time. Multiple items are sent separately, please allow 2 to 3 days for other packages to arrive. If after 3 days you haven’t received the other items you ordered.
Customs and Taxes
Customs, import taxes, tariffs, and item seizures are the sole responsibility of customers. We will always dispatch your order so you don't need to pay tax, but we cannot guarantee there will be no tax due in the destination country.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.
Processing of orders usually takes 1 to 5 business days. Once orders are processed and shipped, your tracking numbers should be working. If you are having a problem tracking your order, please feel free to contact us:
Non-delivery of Orders
A full refund will be granted if a package will not arrive within 20 days from the time of the order.
