At Hijabify Designs, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer the option to inspect your order upon delivery, along with a flexible exchange and refund policy under the following terms.

Inspection Upon Delivery

  • You may inspect your order with the delivery representative before accepting it.
  • If the size or product is not suitable, you may return it immediately with the courier.
  • In this case, you will only be responsible for the shipping fee, and you will not be charged for the product.

Exchange Policy

  • Products may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:Be unused and unworn.Be in its original condition.Include all original tags and packaging.Be free from perfumes, washing, odors, or any signs of use.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the product price will be refunded if it meets the return conditions.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund

Exchange or refund requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or washed.
  • The original tags or packaging have been removed.
  • The product has been damaged due to misuse.
  • The item was purchased during a sale or special promotion, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or a video showing the issue.

In such cases, Hijabify Designs will cover all shipping and exchange costs.

Shipping Fees

  • For exchanges due to a change of size or color, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
  • If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Hijabify Designs will cover all shipping costs.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method or another suitable refund method, depending on how the order was paid.
